Violet is a journalist, editor and copywriter with more than 15 years of experience in the realm of digital content planning and creation.
She obtained her degree in journalism and mass communications in 2005 from the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG). Immediately after graduation, Violet commenced work as a reporter for a local English-language newspaper targeting the expat community. Over the course of her journalism career, Violet worked for business, finance and investigative publications. In 2007, she joined the team of BusinessWeek Bulgaria as web content manager and editorial director.
Violet launched her freelance writing career in 2013. Since then, she’s been focusing on web content creation, marketing, reputation establishment and search engine optimization (SEO). Violet is also a blogger and a published ebook author who writes on the topics of online entrepreneurship and building a successful freelance career.
